In my practice, I am focused on exploring the concept of unity and the idea that connections are the fundamental building blocks of our universe. To articulate this idea, I use universal truths, coincidences, synchronicities, contradictions, and shared experiences in the form of personal anecdotes. My paintings also speak to interculturalism and advocate ideas of gender nonconformity. Identifying as non-binary and androgynous, I see from a vantage point that provides an excellent position to understand human solidarity and earthly connections. Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco (2000), I am currently in Perry, Georgia, where my family relocated in 2011.
